Away end information

The visiting configuration at London Stadium is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

A recent Championship visitor, Charlton Athletic, received 3,001 tickets, including 19 wheelchair bays. That is a current example rather than a permanent promise: the exact total and blocks are set for each fixture.

Cup rules and the segregation plan can produce a substantially larger configuration. Use the visiting club's sale notice for the definitive allocation, seating levels, collection arrangements and any sales restrictions.

Where away fans stand or sit

The official visiting entrance is Turnstile D. West Ham recommends approaching by Bridge 4, which has lift access from Marshgate Lane and avoids crossing the busier home approaches.

Ticket collections are at windows 19-20 of the Main Ticket Office beside the Stadium Store. After full-time, the area outside Turnstile D becomes an away-only zone leading towards the designated stations and coach route.

View and weather

The visiting seats occupy the Turnstile D side of the converted athletics bowl. Sightlines are unobstructed, but the distance from the pitch is greater than at a purpose-built football ground; lower rows feel closer while higher positions give a broader tactical view.

The bowl and Olympic Park approaches are exposed in poor weather. Leave time for the long internal and external walks, especially if the ticket is on an upper level.

Food, drink and facilities

The visiting concourse has changing food and drink outlets and the whole stadium is cashless. The mapped pub guide records alcohol as normally available after entry, but range and service can change for an individual fixture.

All bags are searched on the approach bridges, bags should be no larger than A4 and there is no public left-luggage facility. Two multi-faith rooms are available between blocks 103 and 104 through stadium staff.

Tickets and accessibility

The 2026/27 access statement confirms level routes, dedicated accessible entrance lanes, lifts and accessible toilets. Bridge 4 provides lift access to the Turnstile D approach, while pink-tabarded Disabled Supporter Assistants are available around the stadium.

Accessible tickets, companion places and one of the six visiting parking bays must be arranged through the visiting club. The published 24-space Premier League wheelchair figure predates the current Championship season, so use the fixture sale notice for the current accessible allocation.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 4 October 2026.
