Away end information

The visiting configuration at Elmbridge Xcel Sports Hub is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

There is no permanent visiting ticket total at the Sports Hub. Most league arrangements are demand-led, while higher-profile fixtures can use soft segregation and a separately sold visitor section.

A December 2025 cup fixture released 315 visitor places, equal to 15% of the 2,097 ground capacity, but that is a dated fixture example rather than a standing allocation. Use the visiting club's current sale notice for the actual total and whether pay-on-the-gate remains available.

Where away fans stand or sit

When soft segregation is used, visitors are normally placed on the hard-standing behind the car-park-end goal, continuing along the side towards the dugouts. The designated away turnstiles are at the far end of the ground, away from the main stand.

Routine matches may use shared general admission instead. The ticket and current match notice decide the correct gate; do not assume access to the seated main stand from a segregated standing ticket.

View and weather

The segregated visitor area is flat hard-standing behind one goal and along part of the touchline, with no seats in the documented configuration. Arrive early for a preferred rail position and bring weather protection because cover is limited.

The Sports Hub has a small seated stand elsewhere in the ground, but access is ticket- and fixture-dependent. Supporters who need a seat or step-free viewing should arrange it with the club before purchase.

Food, drink and facilities

The documented segregated setup provides visitor toilets plus non-alcoholic refreshments and food. Range, payment method and opening times can change, and alcohol must not be brought into the ground.

At ordinary shared matches the Sports Hub bar opens before kick-off and at half-time. Segregation can remove access to that bar, so use the visitor facilities stated in the live notice rather than relying on the usual layout.

Tickets and accessibility

Walton & Hersham directs supporters with wheelchair or ambulant-access requirements to contact its Welfare Officer before travel. Arrange the viewing position, companion entry and correct gate before buying because a hard-standing away ticket does not guarantee a suitable place.

Walton-on-Thames station has step-free access to all platforms via ramps or surrounding streets, but the ground is about a 50-minute walk away. Book assistance and a suitable taxi or drop-off if the route is not practical.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 11 October 2026.
