Inside Plainmoor

Away end information

The visiting configuration at Plainmoor is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Torquay releases different combinations for each fixture. A September 2026 Folkestone match used seated Bristow's Bench Block A only, while larger 2026/27 followings have received the covered Wollens Terrace plus Block A and sometimes Block B seats.

The terrace's physical capacity and Plainmoor's overall capacity are not guaranteed ticket allocations. Buy through the visiting club and use its live notice for the released blocks, sale deadline and any collection arrangements.

Where away fans stand or sit

Visiting tickets are normally for the Wollens Terrace behind one goal, Bristow's Bench seating along the side, or a combination of the two. Away turnstiles 9, 10 and 11 are reached from Warbro Road when those sections are in use.

Check whether the ticket says terrace or seat before joining the queue. Supporters who cannot stand should not assume a terrace ticket can be exchanged at the gate; arrange the correct seat or wheelchair position in advance.

View and weather

The Wollens Terrace is covered and close to the pitch, while Bristow's Bench provides raised covered seating beside it. Pillars and the older stand structure can affect some sightlines, and the terrace can become dense with a larger following.

The exact visitor footprint changes with demand. Arrive early for the most suitable standing rail and contact the clubs before purchase when a step-free route, companion place or protected viewing position is required.

Food, drink and facilities

The Wollens end has visitor toilets, a snack outlet and a bar when the terrace configuration is opened; current match guides also advertise food kiosks for both sets. Product range, alcohol and opening times can change by fixture.

Boots & Laces and The Gulls Nest have repeatedly opened to both sets before 2026/27 matches. Half-time access depends on the ticket section and can become home-only, while the outside fan zone is staged only for selected matches and may be cancelled in bad weather. Turnstiles are cashless and the club promotes e-tickets.

Tickets and accessibility

Plainmoor has a covered visiting-supporter accessible area, but wheelchair places and companion arrangements must be booked in advance through Torquay or the visiting club. Do not assume Bristow's Bench or the terrace route suits every mobility requirement.

Contact yellowarmy@torquayunited.com or 01803 328666 before travel for the correct entrance and assistance. Check station assistance and the uphill route from Torre if using rail.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 10 October 2026.
