Away end information

The visiting configuration at The City Ground is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Visitors occupy the lower tier of the John Robertson Stand, renamed from the Bridgford Stand in May 2026. A full Premier League allocation can approach 3,000, but initial releases and the exact W/X blocks vary by fixture.

Older guides still call it the Lower Bridgford. The ticket and visiting club's sale notice are authoritative for the block, turnstile range and any reduced allocation.

Where away fans stand or sit

The away section is behind the goal on the Radcliffe Road side of the renamed John Robertson Stand. Recent guides use entrance A for X6/X7 and accessibility, and entrance B for X8-X10; follow the block printed on the ticket.

Segregation lines can move across the lower tier. Do not follow home queues towards the Trent End or assume an older Bridgford diagram has the current entrance labels.

View and weather

The covered lower tier is close to the pitch and generally provides a direct behind-goal view. Low rows can catch rain and the upper tier overhang makes rear seats darker, while occasional structure affects the edge of some sightlines.

Food, drink and facilities

The away concourse provides hot food, soft drinks and normally alcohol, with cashless payment expected. The area becomes crowded at half-time with a full allocation, so enter early if you want to eat.

Meadow Lane's away fan zone and Nottingham Rugby's mixed fan zone are useful mapped options when confirmed open. Their admission is fixture-specific, not a standing promise.

Tickets and accessibility

Book wheelchair or amenity seating, companion tickets and one of the limited away parking spaces through the visiting club. Confirm entrance A or the current accessible gate and any Trent Bridge drop-off before travel.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 30 September 2026.
