Away end information

The visiting configuration at St. James' Park is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Visiting supporters sit on Level 7 of the Leazes Stand. A normal full Premier League allocation is around 3,000, although individual fixtures can release fewer seats or change the front-row segregation.

Cup allocations can differ substantially from the league offer. Use the visiting club's ticket notice for the exact total, safe-standing conditions and digital-ticket or collection process.

Where away fans stand or sit

Away supporters normally enter through Leazes Stand turnstiles 91-94. All visiting seats are high on Level 7; the club counts 140 steps and 14 landings, with lifts available for supporters whose mobility needs have been arranged.

The section is in the upper tier behind the goal and towards the corner. Follow the access number printed on the ticket because adjacent Leazes entrances serve other areas.

View and weather

The height provides a panoramic, unobstructed view but makes the far goal feel distant. The steep tier and long stair climb are the defining features; the roof covers the seats, though exposed approaches can be windy.

Food, drink and facilities

Level 7 has dedicated away food, drink and toilet facilities, including accessible toilets and changing provision. New concourse bars, digital menus and added dietary choices are being introduced during 2026, but the exact offer remains fixture-dependent.

The Strawberry is only check-first on the map because its matchday door policy can change. Central Newcastle provides the strongest pre-match choice before the climb to Level 7.

Tickets and accessibility

Level 7 includes wheelchair bays and accessible seating, with lifts for supporters who cannot manage the 140 steps. Arrange tickets, lift access, companion seating, audio description and any drop-off through the clubs before travel.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 30 September 2026.
