Inside Anfield

Away end information

The visiting configuration at Anfield is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Premier League visitors normally receive around 3,000 seats in the lower Anfield Road Stand, with the exact AL blocks and total confirmed by the visiting club. The full stand is much larger and must not be treated as the away allocation.

Domestic cup rules can produce a larger offer, potentially extending beyond the normal league blocks. Segregation, rail-seat rows and entrance arrangements remain fixture-specific.

Where away fans stand or sit

The visiting section is in the lower Anfield Road Stand, commonly entered through entrances Q and R after approaching from the 97 Avenue direction. Current instructions say there is no away access from the Arkles Lane direction to those entrances.

View and weather

The redeveloped stand provides a close behind-goal view. Rows 6-35 in the visiting section have licensed rail seating; remain at the allocated position and keep gangways clear.

Food, drink and facilities

The away concourse is cashless and has kiosks for food, soft drinks and normally alcohol. Alcohol cannot be consumed in view of the pitch, and high-demand intervals create queues.

Tickets and accessibility

Wheelchair bays sit in front of the visiting support in the lower AL blocks, with nearby accessible toilets, first aid and a Changing Places facility. Gate 6 is used for the accessible route; parking and oxygen requirements must be arranged in advance.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 1 October 2026.
