Visiting supporters are normally in the two-tier South Stand behind the goal. Smaller followings use lower-tier blocks, while larger fixtures can open both tiers or almost the whole stand.

Away ticket allocation

Routine allocations are fixture-dependent and may be confined to part of the South Stand lower tier. Around 1,500 has been used for reduced allocations, while high-demand games can approach the stand's roughly 3,800-4,000 capacity.

Hearts can receive both tiers for the Edinburgh derby, while Celtic, Rangers and other large followings may receive a reduced or expanded share according to Hibernian's home-ticket plan and security decision. Always follow the visiting club's sale notice.

Where away fans sit

The South Stand is behind the goal at the Bothwell Street end. Upper-tier tickets use different turnstiles from lower-tier tickets, so use the entrance number printed on the ticket.

Visiting supporters are normally directed from Easter Road towards the Bothwell Street approach. Away coaches may be held at Regent Road or another match-specific location rather than immediately outside the stand.

View and atmosphere

The stand is covered, steep enough for a strong view and has no supporting pillars across the main sightline. A full two-tier allocation creates a concentrated atmosphere behind the goal.

The front rows can still catch rain and Edinburgh wind, and the concourse becomes busy when both tiers are in use. Arrive before the final turnstile rush.

Food, drink and payments

Kiosks provide pies, burgers, hot dogs, pizza, snacks and drinks, with the exact range dependent on the fixture and tier opened. Alcohol has been available at selected matches but should never be assumed.

Away tickets are normally sold by the visiting club. Follow its digital-ticket, collection and duplicate-ticket instructions and do not assume there will be matchday sales.

Wheelchair and companion tickets should be requested through the visiting club or Hibernian's accessible-ticket team. Parking and suitable spaces need advance agreement.
