Away end information

The visiting configuration at Deva Community Stadium is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Chester normally places visiting supporters in allocated seats in the West Stand south corner, entering through turnstile 7. The exact blocks and ticket total are set for the individual fixture, so the visiting club's sale notice is authoritative.

All matches are commonly operated with segregation, but demand and safety arrangements can alter the released section. The ground's 5,126 operational capacity is not an away allocation and should not be used to infer how many tickets will be sold.

Where away fans stand or sit

Use West Stand turnstile 7 unless the ticket or current match guide gives a different instruction. Seating is allocated, so retain the block, row and seat details and arrive early enough for scanning and security checks.

The Blues Bar is outside the Main Stand and Chester explicitly says away admission changes by fixture. Do not enter a home area expecting access; check before travel and use the mapped city alternatives if visitors are excluded.

View and weather

The covered West Stand gives a side-on view from the south corner with no terrace to negotiate. Sightlines are generally good, although the angle sharpens from the end blocks and the front rows can catch wind or driven rain.

Food, drink and facilities

A dedicated West Stand kiosk serves away supporters, with hot and cold refreshments varying by fixture. Chester's August 2026 alcohol trial explicitly excluded the West Stand and away fans, so do not assume alcohol is available after entry.

Toilets and the visiting kiosk are inside the segregated section. Payment methods and stock can change; take a working card or phone and do not rely on a single food option late in the interval.

Tickets and accessibility

Chester publishes 40 pitch-side wheelchair viewing spaces for home and away supporters with carers. Arrange the correct space, companion ticket and any parking through the clubs before buying; confirm the entrance because the standard West Stand route may not suit every access need.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 1 October 2026.
