Visitors normally occupy the Jimmy Seed Stand behind the goal. The stand can hold around 3,000 in its usual away configuration, but Charlton may release fewer blocks and competition rules can change the offer.

The Jimmy Seed Stand is at the south end of the ground, approached from the Charlton Lane and Harvey Gardens side. Follow the entrance details on the ticket rather than joining home queues on Floyd Road.
The covered stand is close to the pitch and generates a strong atmosphere, but supporting pillars affect some seats. The ticketing plan should identify restricted-view positions; front rows can catch rain.
The away concourse serves hot food, snacks, soft drinks and normally alcohol. It is an older, compact space and becomes busy with a full following, so enter early if you want to eat before kick-off.
Wheelchair and companion provision and the small number of accessible parking spaces must be arranged in advance through the visiting club. Confirm the correct entrance and any drop-off permission before setting off.
