Inside Riverside Stadium
The visiting configuration at Riverside Stadium is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.
Visiting supporters occupy one side of the East Stand nearest the south-east corner. The full configuration can hold just under 3,000, but current sales demonstrate substantial variation: recent initial allocations have been below 1,000 and another 2026 fixture released 2,118.
Use the visiting club's ticket notice for the actual allocation and any later release. Do not treat the stand's maximum configuration as a guaranteed number.
The away section is side-on in the East Stand, close to the South Stand and the stadium's south-east corner. Follow the visiting route from the station or coach park and use the electronic turnstile shown on the ticket.
Insert or scan the issued ticket as directed and keep it available until seated; gate locations can move with the released blocks.
The modern enclosed bowl gives generally clear sightlines and a good side view, although low sun can affect parts of the East Stand. The riverside approaches are exposed in poor weather.
Food and drink are available from the concourses below the seats. The exact menu, alcohol service and number of open outlets depend on the crowd and fixture.
Carry a working card or mobile payment method and arrive early enough for electronic ticket and security checks.
Book wheelchair or amenity seating, companion tickets, accessible parking and any assisted route through the clubs before travel. Confirm whether the assigned East Stand block uses a different entrance.
