Inside Focus Community Arena

Away end information

The visiting configuration at Focus Community Arena is fixture-dependent. Use the away club's sale notice for the exact section, entrance and ticket total.

Away ticket allocation

Most matches use a shared, unsegregated ground, so there is no permanent away allocation. Visitors normally enter through the main turnstiles and can use the permitted standing, seating and clubhouse areas.

For selected high-demand fixtures, Hemel can open a separate Tenzing Road turnstile and visitor standing section. The entrance, terrace footprint, any seats and ticket total are announced for that match; the 3,152 ground capacity is not the away allocation.

Where away fans stand or sit

At a normal shared fixture, use the main Vauxhall Road turnstiles and follow stewarding around the covered terrace and seating areas. Extra turnstiles may open for larger crowds.

If segregation is introduced, use the Tenzing Road entrance or other gate named in the current notice and stay within the released visitor section. Older diagrams and previous entrance arrangements should not override the ticket.

View and weather

The ground includes a large covered terrace at the top end, a covered all-seater stand on the far side and covered seating behind the lower goal. Shared fixtures usually offer a choice of permitted viewing areas.

Segregation can restrict visitors to a standing section and remove the usual freedom to move. Arrive early if a seat or covered rail position matters and bring weather protection for any exposed part of the release.

Food, drink and facilities

Current official visitor information confirms a burger van, clubhouse/bar, toilets and club shop inside the ground. These are easiest to use in the normal shared layout.

A segregated fixture can replace or restrict access to the shared clubhouse and catering. Confirm the visiting food point, alcohol service, payment methods and toilets from the live match notice.

Tickets and accessibility

Contact Hemel Hempstead Town before purchase to confirm the step-free entrance, viewing position, companion arrangement and toilet route for the day's segregation setup.

The small car park is not a guaranteed accessible plan. Arrange any bay or drop-off directly and check rail assistance plus taxi availability if the long station walk is unsuitable.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 8 October 2026.
