Getting there & parking

Borough Briggs is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Parking options

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

Borough Briggs has only limited operational parking, so general visiting supporters should not assume a stadium space. For a high-demand January 2025 cup tie, the published visitor plan directed cars and buses to Lossie Green and larger coaches to Moray College; use the current fixture notice before repeating that arrangement.

Moray Council currently lists Lossie Green, IV30 1RJ, with 349 standard and seven disabled bays. Its published tariff is £2 all day Monday-Saturday and free on Sunday, but spaces are public, first-come and can be affected by events or future tariff changes.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Elgin. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Elgin station is roughly one mile from Borough Briggs and the walk normally takes about 15-20 minutes. Head into the town centre, cross towards North Street and continue north to Borough Briggs Road. Leave extra time for the level crossings and confirm the return train before an evening fixture.

By bus or coach

Elgin bus station is in the town centre, around a 10-15 minute walk from the ground. Local and regional services vary by day, so check the current timetable and Sunday frequency. Supporters' coaches should follow the match-specific drop-off and parking instructions rather than using Borough Briggs Road without permission.

Driving

Elgin is reached from the A96. Follow signs into the centre and for Borough Briggs, but avoid relying on the narrow streets immediately beside the ground. For larger fixtures, use the parking location named in the supporter notice and expect the final exit through the centre to be slow.

Use IV30 1AP only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around Borough Briggs to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 29 September 2026.
