Cove's general stadium page mentions a small car park, but its more specific supporter information reserves the limited on-site spaces for players, officials and hospitality. Ordinary supporters should not assume an on-site bay.

Use the adjacent overflow facility only when the fixture notice directs supporters there, or park lawfully on permitted industrial-estate streets. Away coaches have recently been directed to an adjacent FMC car park; organisers must obtain the current instruction before travel.

By train

Aberdeen station is roughly three miles from Balmoral Stadium and the uphill industrial-estate route is not a practical matchday walk for most visitors. From Guild Street, current club guidance directs supporters to First Bus 3 or 3A, alighting near the Aberdeen Altens Hotel roundabout for the final five-minute walk behind the Shell service station. Check the live timetable and the last return for an evening game.

By bus or coach

Check the current local timetable for the final leg to Balmoral Stadium. Away coaches and minibuses should follow the instructions issued by the visiting club and must not assume a public parking bay.

Driving

Balmoral Stadium is in Altens, south of central Aberdeen. Use the A956 from the A92 or Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route, then turn into the retail and industrial estate at the Shell and Burger King roundabout and continue to Wellington Circle. The last approach is easy to miss and can queue when cars and pedestrians share the estate roads.

Use AB12 3JG only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around Balmoral Stadium to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.
