Visiting supporters normally stand behind the goal on the Seaforth Terrace, widely called the Pleasureland or Pleash End. Larger allocations can extend along the East Terrace and into Main Stand sections.
The normal visiting area is the Seaforth/Pleasureland End terrace. When demand requires it, Arbroath can add part of the East Terrace; selected segregated fixtures have also included Main Stand sections A and B.
The total number, seated places and terrace extent are set match by match. Buy the exact product released by the visiting club and do not rely on an allocation from an older guide.
The Pleasureland End is behind the goal nearest the amusement centre. Additional standing can continue around the East Terrace, while any away seats are in the Main Stand along the touchline.
Turnstiles and segregation can change. A detailed club notice has used Turnstile 1 for visitors, but the current ticket and fixture notice are the authority.
The compact terracing keeps supporters close to the pitch and its partial covers help the atmosphere. The Main Stand offers the best shelter but has a limited number of seats.
Gayfield is exceptionally exposed to wind and spray from the North Sea. Take a waterproof outer layer even when the town-centre forecast looks mild; front and east-side positions can be particularly exposed.
Visiting areas have food kiosks and toilets when segregation is in place, and Gayfield's pies are a long-established part of the trip. Arrive early because the compact facilities can queue.
Do not assume alcohol will be available to away supporters. Previous pilot bars were limited, controlled offers and do not establish a permanent visiting-concourse service.
Recent Arbroath guidance has used advance online ticketing with phone or printed barcode entry. Check the current sales notice for any cash-gate or collection exception.
A disabled viewing bay has been provided in front of Main Stand section A for relevant segregated fixtures. Arrange seating, companion tickets and parking in advance.
