Away supporters normally receive part of the Smethwick End. The physical stand holds more than 5,000, but league offers are usually around 2,500-3,000 and the released blocks can be smaller.

The visiting section is in the Smethwick End behind the goal, on the side nearest the East Stand. Follow the gate and block shown on the ticket because home supporters occupy the remainder.
The covered two-tier end gives a close, generally unobstructed view. Safe standing is installed in upper Smethwick End areas, so supporters who need to sit should check their block before purchase.
The away concourse has food, hot and cold drinks and toilets. It is cashless, so bring a card or charged contactless device; alcohol can be restricted for individual fixtures.
Away wheelchair places are within the visiting end with a protective surge barrier. Arrange wheelchair, amenity and companion tickets through the visiting club and confirm parking before travelling.
