Away ticket allocation

Visitors normally receive the upper tier of the Achilleus Security Stand, traditionally known as the School End. Recent league allocations have been around 1,690 to 1,800, but the exact release varies.

For selected cup or high-demand fixtures the lower tier can also be opened, taking the visiting configuration towards roughly 2,500. The visiting club's sale notice is definitive for the total and tier.

Where away fans stand or sit

The away section is behind the goal at the west end of the ground. Tickets identify the upper or lower tier and the correct entrance; away wheelchair users currently enter via Turnstile Block 2 on Ellerslie Road.

The streets and turnstiles are compact, so arrive before the final surge and follow the fixture-specific route from Wood Lane and South Africa Road.

View and weather

Loftus Road is exceptionally tight to the pitch, producing an intense atmosphere. The upper tier is steep and legroom is limited, while roof supports and the lower-tier overhang can affect some seats.

If mobility, height or a restricted view matters, check the ticket detail and contact the visiting club before purchasing.

Food, drink and facilities

The School End concourse sells hot food, soft drinks and normally alcohol. Space is limited and queues build quickly; product choice and alcohol service remain fixture-dependent.

Loftus Road operates digital ticketing for many matches. Charge the phone, download the ticket before reaching the turnstile and keep the brightness high.

Tickets and accessibility

Book wheelchair or amenity seating, companion tickets and any parking assistance through the visiting club. QPR's current guidance directs away wheelchair users to Turnstile Block 2 on Ellerslie Road.

The upper tier is steep and not suitable for every supporter. Confirm a lower or accessible position before travel rather than relying on a matchday move.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 2 October 2026.
