Rodney Parade is just east of Newport city centre and is an easy walk from the railway station. There is no general public stadium parking, so the centre's car parks or a reserved private space are the practical driving choices.
Newport station is on the South Wales Main Line with direct services from Cardiff, Bristol and longer-distance routes. Rodney Parade is about ten to fifteen minutes away on foot.
Leave towards the city centre, cross through the central area and use the footbridge over the River Usk. Check engineering work and the last return for evening fixtures.
The city-centre bus station at Friars Walk is within walking distance of Rodney Parade. Most rail and coach arrivals do not need a separate local connection.
Official supporters' coaches should follow the visiting club's match-specific drop-off and parking instructions; do not assume space is available inside the stadium footprint.
From the east and north, the M4 and Junction 24 provide the common approach; other routes use central Newport crossings. Navigate to the chosen car park rather than only NP19 0UU.
The streets immediately around Rodney Parade are narrow and heavily used. Observe residents' restrictions and check the closing time of any city-centre car park before an evening match.
The footbridge and city-centre route become busy after full-time, but walking is normally more predictable than waiting in stadium traffic. Leave enough time for the station platforms and any Cardiff connection.
