Make a day of it
Market Harborough is a compact centre-first away day with a 25-30 minute final walk to The Beehive. The public pubs require an admission check, while the current segregated visiting section supplies its own bar, food and toilets.
Arrive by rail, use a checked central venue and leave about 40 minutes for the walk down Northampton Road.
Travel straight to The Beehive with an online ticket and use the dedicated visiting facilities after entry.
Use a council, event or verified private space and walk; never search the medical-centre or pharmacy car park for a late space.
11:45 - arrive at Market Harborough station or a checked town-centre car park.
12:00 - use the recommended area or a public venue that has confirmed admission.
13:40 - start the 20-30 minute walk south towards Northampton Road.
14:15 - use the left-of-clubhouse away entrance and the dedicated visitor facilities.
17:00 - walk back towards town while the leisure-centre and ground traffic disperses.
The Oat Hill, Beerhouse and The Sugar Loaf are current check-first public pubs because none publishes a standing away-colours policy. Market Harborough centre is the recommended wider area, while the dedicated away bar and concourse are mapped separately.
Harborough Museum and the Old Grammar School sit in the compact centre and suit an early rail arrival. The Market Hall adds food and local shops, while Union Wharf and the Grand Union Canal are better for a longer visit or an overnight stay.
These options keep the final matchday journey relatively short. Compare event-night prices, parking and cancellation terms before booking.
A central base is usually better for the station, food and the evening after the match.
Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 2 October 2026.
