Harborough Town travel guide

Getting there & parking

The Beehive is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

Harborough Town has warned of significant matchday parking pressure and asks supporters to walk where possible. Do not assume the ground or adjacent areas offer a general turn-up space: any overflow, coach or accessible arrangement is confirmed for the individual fixture.

Use a signed council car park in Market Harborough and walk roughly 20-25 minutes if no official match space has been arranged. Never use the Two Shires Medical Centre or Torchway Pharmacy car park; the club warns that unauthorised parking can lead to a £100 charge.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Market Harborough. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Market Harborough station is about 1.4 miles from The Beehive. The club estimates roughly ten minutes by taxi; walking via the town centre and Northampton Road usually takes 25-30 minutes, so allow longer for queues and use the proper crossing points.

By bus or coach

The club lists the X7 Leicester-Northampton service to the Leisure Centre, about five minutes from the ground, but describes it as infrequent. Verify the current Stagecoach timetable and the post-match return before relying on it. Away coaches should use the instructions issued for the fixture.

Driving

From the north, follow the A6 into Market Harborough and take the A508 towards Northampton. From the south, use the A508 directly; from the A14, leave at Junction 3 and follow the A508 through Great Oxendon. The final approach is beside the leisure centre and can be busy.

Use LE16 9HF only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around The Beehive to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 2 October 2026.
