11:15 - arrive at Halifax station and walk into the centre.
11:45-13:35 - use the Piece Hall area or a mapped pub.
13:45 - return towards Shaw Hill and confirm the correct stand entrance.
17:00 - walk to the station or wait for car-park traffic to ease.

Things to do
The Piece Hall and Halifax Minster are close to the station-to-ground route. Eureka! is beside the station and useful for families, while Shibden Hall requires extra travel.

The Imperial Crown Hotel is directly opposite Halifax station. Premier Inn Halifax Town Centre is also convenient for the Piece Hall and the walk to The Shay.
Central and character hotels
The White Swan sits in central Halifax, while Holdsworth House provides a character stay outside the centre and needs a taxi or car.
