Getting there & parking

The Memorial Ground is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Parking options

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

The Memorial Ground has no general on-site supporter parking. Current visitor guidance recommends Upper and Lower Hart public car parks, with Upper Hart on Hart Close around five minutes away; Waitrose on Long Garden Way has also appeared in match guidance, but its terms and availability must be checked before use.

Read the tariff, closing time and event restrictions at the chosen public car park and allow for the post-match pedestrian flow. Accessible parking or a drop-off must be arranged directly with Farnham Town rather than inferred from the general car-park advice.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Farnham. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Farnham station is roughly 15 minutes on foot. Leave towards the town centre, continue through the central streets towards West Street and the Hart car parks, then follow Mead Lane to the ground. Use the signed pedestrian route and allow extra time when Gate 3 is in use.

By bus or coach

Local buses serve Farnham town centre rather than a dedicated stadium interchange. Check the current timetable and alight centrally for the short final walk; a taxi is the safer fallback for reduced mobility or a late arrival. Away coaches must follow the drop-off instructions issued for the fixture.

Driving

Approach Farnham on the A31, follow town-centre signs and then use the public parking arrangement confirmed for the match. Mead Lane is not a supporter car park and becomes congested close to kick-off, so do not drive to the stadium entrance expecting a space.

Use GU9 7DY only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around The Memorial Ground to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 8 October 2026.
