Arrive at Exeter Central or St Davids, use central pubs, then walk to St James Park.

Straight to the ground

Change onto the local train, use the fan zone or Centre Spot and enter from St James Road.

Weekend in Exeter

Stay centrally and add the cathedral, RAMM or the quay without complicating matchday travel.

A sensible 3pm plan

10:30-11:00 - arrive early for the cathedral, RAMM or Exeter Quay.

12:30 - move towards the Old Firehouse, Victoria Inn or the stadium bars.

14:15 - choose the correct terrace or seated entrance.

17:00 - walk to Exeter Central or wait for a local train connection.

The Exeter pub map includes the Centre Spot, Victoria Inn, Stoke Arms and Old Firehouse. The stadium fan zone is useful but can exclude away fans for selected fixtures.

Things to do

Exeter Cathedral, the Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Northernhay Gardens are close to the central route. Exeter Quay is worthwhile with an extra hour or two.

Hotels near the stadium

Leonardo Hotel Exeter and Premier Inn Exeter City Centre are practical walkable choices. Hotel Indigo Exeter is central and convenient for restaurants and the cathedral area.

Hotels by the main station

Supporters with an early mainline departure may prefer Exeter St Davids. Premier Inn Exeter Central St Davids is directly useful for that plan, though it is farther from the ground than the city-centre hotels.
