Away ticket allocation

Most National League South matches are unsegregated or use soft segregation, so no single permanent away allocation applies. Under soft segregation, visitors may use the shared bars and food outlets but cannot enter the Plough End, which is reserved for home supporters.

When hard segregation is imposed, the club allocates a demand-led section of the Swanscombe End standing terrace plus priority seats in the Old Stand. The released terrace footprint and seat total are fixture-specific; the ground capacity is not the away allocation.

Where away fans stand or sit

For an unsegregated match all supporters normally enter through the home turnstiles and follow stewarding inside. Under hard segregation, visitors use the Swanscombe End turnstiles to the left of the main entrance on Stonebridge Road, then pass through the car-park route to their terrace section.

The Swanscombe End is behind one goal and predominantly standing. Any Old Stand priority seat, wheelchair position or alternative section must be booked and entered exactly as the current ticket specifies.

View and weather

The Swanscombe End is an open terrace, so it offers an unobstructed behind-goal perspective but little protection from rain or wind. The exact portion available to visitors can be smaller than the physical end.

Old Stand seating is covered but older supporting structures can affect some sightlines. Take weather protection and do not assume that a terrace ticket includes access to a seat.

Food, drink and facilities

The current official guide lists the Eat Street van for burgers, hot dogs and drinks, plus kiosks selling pies, pasties, sausage rolls, snacks and hot or cold drinks. At shared matches the Social Bar and Main Stand Lounge also sell alcohol.

Hard segregation can replace shared access with the dedicated visitor setup, so bar choice, catering range, alcohol service, payment method and opening time must be checked for the specific game. Toilets and the mapped visiting concourse remain operationally defined by the active section.

Tickets and accessibility

The Main Stand includes a wheelchair bay, disabled toilets and lift access. Because the visiting arrangement changes with segregation, contact Ebbsfleet before purchase to confirm the correct accessible viewing position, companion ticket and gate.

The club considers limited on-site Blue Badge parking only by advance request at least seven days before the match and subject to capacity. Confirm station assistance or a drop-off separately if the open terrace route is unsuitable.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 7 October 2026.
