Dumbarton's current visitor page states that The Rock has room for up to 500 cars, disability spaces near each entrance and coach parking. The published matchday charge is £1 and includes a 50/50 draw ticket; treat the price and availability as fixture-dependent rather than a reservation.

Do not park on Castle Road, where the club specifically asks supporters to protect neighbours' access. Arrive early, follow stewards and confirm coach or accessible arrangements before travel.

By train

Dumbarton East is the closest station and the club's signed route is about 0.6 miles or 12 minutes via Glasgow Road, Victoria Street and Castle Road. It has a large flight of stairs and no step-free platform access; Dumbarton Central is the better alternative for step-free travel and is about an 18-minute walk.

By bus or coach

First Glasgow route 1 runs from Howard Street beside St Enoch Square to Dumbarton High Street, taking roughly an hour from central Glasgow. The club identifies Leven Street as the nearest stop, about an 11-minute walk from The Rock; check the live timetable and last return. Away coaches must arrange their stadium instructions in advance.

Driving

From Glasgow and the Erskine Bridge approaches, use the A82 and A814, then turn from Glasgow Road into Victoria Street and continue to Castle Road. From Loch Lomond, approach through Townend Road and Glasgow Road. The stadium sits at the end of a narrow waterfront access road, so expect a slow post-match exit.

Use G82 1JJ only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around The Rock to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.
