Make a day of it

Plan your Dorking Wanderers away day

Dorking is a compact station, High Street and ground day. The official mixed FanZone covers a direct stadium plan, while the town centre provides the broadest food and pub choice within a few minutes of Meadowbank.

01

Rail and High Street

Choose the Dorking station that fits your line, use a mapped check-first venue or the wider centre, then walk to Mill Lane.

02

Direct FanZone plan

Head to Meadowbank and use the official mixed FanZone from two hours before kick-off, subject to the live fixture setup.

03

Town-car-park driver

Use St Martins Walk only with an early arrival, or select another club-named public car park or a pre-booked private space.

A sensible 3pm plan

11:45 - arrive at a Dorking station or the parking location chosen for the full match window.

12:00-13:30 - eat in the High Street area or use the FanZone after it opens.

13:35 - walk to the visitor entrance and confirm the segregated section and any seat arrangement.

17:00 onwards - return to the town centre and stations or allow Mill Lane and the nearby car parks to clear.

Food and pubs

The Meadowbank FanZone has current official evidence of welcoming home and away supporters. The White Horse and King's Arms are verified active but remain check-first; Dorking High Street and West Street form the recommended wider area, with the visiting concourse mapped separately.

Things to do

Dorking Museum, the antiques shops on West Street and the compact High Street fit an early arrival. Box Hill and Denbies Wine Estate need substantially more time and a separate transport plan.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 7 October 2026.
