Getting there & parking

New Lodge is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

Current visitor information describes the New Lodge car park as very small and first-come, first-served; another December 2025 guide calls stadium parking incredibly limited. Do not assume a match ticket includes a space.

No parking is permitted on Blunts Wall Road. If the club car park is unavailable, use a signed public car park or a legitimate pre-booked space and obey every residential restriction; arrange accessible parking or drop-off with Billericay Town in advance.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Billericay. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Billericay station is about a mile from New Lodge. Current guides give a 20-25 minute walk through the High Street and residential streets; allow longer for the return in darkness and do not cut through private land.

By bus or coach

Local routes 9 and 300 serve Billericay station and the wider town, but they are not dedicated football shuttles. Check the stop, Sunday or evening frequency and the final walk before travel. Away coaches should obtain their drop-off and parking instruction from the clubs.

Driving

The common M25/A12 approach uses Junction 28, the A12 east to Junction 12 and local roads through Mountnessing towards the A129. Turn into Tye Common Road and then Blunts Wall Road, but do not drive into the last residential approach without a confirmed space.

Use CM12 9SA only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around New Lodge to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 5 October 2026.
