The small car park beside the Main Stand is principally for pass holders and match operations, not general away-supporter parking. Current visitor notices have sometimes accommodated supporters' coaches and pre-arranged Blue Badge users there.

Coach drop-off or parking has also used Blaes Car Park or Craigie Road arrangements on other fixtures. The visiting club's notice is the final authority, and accessible parking must be arranged in advance.

By train

Ayr station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Somerset Park via Craigie Road. It has the wider service pattern and is the practical default for most visitors.

Newton-on-Ayr is closer to the ground but fewer trains stop there. Check both the outward and return timetable before choosing it, particularly for evening games.

By bus or taxi

Local buses use Whitletts Road, Prestwick Road and the wider town-centre network. Confirm the correct stop and post-match service with Stagecoach before travel.

Taxis are a short journey from the centre, but Craigie Road and the stadium streets can slow close to kick-off; walking is often more predictable.

Driving

From the A77, take the A719/Whitletts Road towards Ayr and follow signs for the racecourse and Somerset Park. Navigate to the chosen parking location rather than driving into the narrow stadium streets.

Nearby roads include residential, time-limited and event-managed areas. Read every sign and leave emergency and residents' access clear.
