By train

Accrington station is around a 15-20 minute uphill walk from the ground. Leave through the town-centre side and allow extra time in poor weather or with limited mobility.

Check the return timetable before travel: evening and Sunday frequencies can be thinner than the daytime service.

By bus or taxi

Local buses use Whalley Road between the centre and the stadium area. A taxi is a short trip but demand rises sharply around full-time.

Driving

The M65 is the main approach, normally via Junction 7 and the A6185. Livingstone Road and Whalley Road become busy close to kick-off, so navigate to the chosen car park rather than only to the stadium postcode.

Street parking is still reported around the ground, but always obey signs, keep junctions and driveways clear and allow local residents access.

After the match

The station walk is often more predictable than waiting for a taxi. Drivers should expect a short queue on Livingstone Road and the routes back towards the M65.
