Wrexham travel guide
STōK Cae Ras is beside Wrexham General station and close to the town centre. Rail is the simplest option; drivers should pre-book university, event or private parking because the Mold Road area is controlled and busy.
Wrexham General station is directly opposite the stadium on Mold Road. Services connect with Chester, Shrewsbury and Bidston, with onward mainline links.
Wrexham Central is around 10-15 minutes away in the town centre. Check the last return carefully because evening frequencies and connections can be limited.
Wrexham bus station is in the town centre, around a 15-minute walk from the ground. Local routes use Mold Road but can be diverted on matchday.
Away coaches are directed under fixture-specific arrangements and should not approach the university or private parking without confirmation.
The A483 is the main bypass, with the A541/Mold Road approach used for the stadium. Queues build around the university, station and Plas Coch retail area.
Use the entrance supplied by the parking operator. Residents' restrictions and event controls make speculative street parking a poor plan.
Wrexham General is exceptionally close but platforms and trains become busy. Drivers should expect Mold Road and the A483 junctions to clear slowly after full-time.
