Stoke City advises visiting supporters to follow the away-parking signs for car parks selling match-by-match spaces, typically via the StairBox and DWK areas. Availability and price depend on the fixture, so pre-book or confirm before setting off.

Permit-only North, West 1 and West 2 car parks are not general turn-up options. Away coaches and accessible vehicles use separate routes and must have their arrangements confirmed in advance.

By train

Stoke-on-Trent station is about two miles from the stadium. The canal-side walk usually takes 35-40 minutes and includes exposed sections; a matchday shuttle, local bus or taxi may be preferable, but operation must be checked for the fixture. Leave a fallback for the return because taxis and buses face the same traffic.

Check the current local timetable for the final leg to bet365 Stadium. Away coaches and minibuses should follow the instructions issued by the visiting club and must not assume a public parking bay.

Driving

Leave the M6 at Junction 15 and use the A500, then the A50 towards Derby. Follow stadium signs and the access instructions for the reserved car park; routes around Stanley Matthews Way are controlled on matchdays.

Use ST4 4EG only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around bet365 Stadium to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.
