The Marbill Coaches Stadium is north-west of Paisley centre, beside Paisley St James station and close to the M8. Rail is the simplest option: general stadium parking is extremely limited and surrounding residential streets fill quickly.

St Mirren describes matchday parking at the ground as limited, and current visiting-club guidance has often stated that no general away car parking is available. Public street parking is the normal fallback where legal.

Accessible spaces are few and can be fully allocated well before matchday. Request one through the visiting club at the time of ticket purchase and wait for confirmation before travelling.

By train

Paisley St James station is directly across Greenhill Road from the stadium and is the closest stop. Services run from Glasgow Central via Paisley Gilmour Street, though frequency is lower than at Gilmour Street. National Rail currently classifies St James as step-free category C with no step-free platform access.

Paisley Gilmour Street has more trains, step-free routes to all platforms and is around a 15-20 minute walk. Glasgow Central to Paisley takes roughly ten minutes on faster services.

By bus or coach

Local buses connect central Paisley with the Greenhill Road and Ferguslie area. Check live routes because road controls can move stops near kick-off.

Away coaches are normally directed to a controlled parking or set-down area, often around Clark Street. Follow the visiting club's instructions because the access route and departure hold vary by fixture.

Driving

The stadium is close to M8 Junctions 28A and 29. Use Greenhill Road only as directed and allow extra time around St James station, Clark Street and the residential approaches.

Do not navigate to the stadium gates without a confirmed space. Signed restrictions, residents' access and temporary police controls must be observed.

After the match

Paisley St James platforms and Greenhill Road become busy immediately after full-time. Gilmour Street gives more rail options if you can manage the walk, while drivers should expect a slow exit from residential streets.
