McDiarmid Park is west of central Perth beside the A9 and Crieff Road. The railway and bus stations are roughly two miles away, so rail visitors should plan a bus, taxi or 35-40 minute walk; drivers can use limited paid stadium parking when available.

By train

Perth has direct or connecting services from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness. The station is around two miles from McDiarmid Park, with a normal walk taking approximately 35-40 minutes.

Leave extra time for the uphill final section along Crieff Road. A taxi normally takes 5-10 minutes before matchday congestion.

By bus or coach

Local buses run from central Perth along Crieff Road and stop close to the stadium. Check live times for evenings and Sundays, and allow for diverted stops near kick-off.

Away coaches receive designated but limited parking and must follow the route and arrival time supplied by the visiting club. Do not assume an independent minibus can enter without prior agreement.

Driving

The A9 is the main approach from north and south. Leave at the A85/Crieff Road junction and follow matchday signs, using the car-park entrance stated in the current club notice.

Crieff Road and the A9 roundabout queue close to kick-off. The club lists PH1 2SJ for the stadium and PH1 2NR for some sat-nav purposes, so use the entrance instructions rather than the postcode alone.

After the match

The stadium car park, Crieff Road and A9 approaches release slowly after full-time. Bus stops may be temporarily moved, while taxis are easier to meet away from the gates.
