Food and pubs
The map recommends the city centre rather than inventing a designated away pub. The Union Rooms has the strongest general visiting evidence; the Britannia remains check-first.
Things to do
The Hoe, Barbican and Mayflower Steps suit a long or overnight trip. The Box museum is closer to the station and easier to combine with a shorter matchday.
Hotels near Home Park
Copthorne Hotel Plymouth is beside the station and within the normal walking route to the ground. Future Inn Plymouth is convenient for A38 drivers but needs a bus, taxi or onward drive.
City-centre and waterfront hotels
Crowne Plaza Plymouth and New Continental Hotel suit the Hoe and central evening, while Leonardo Hotel Plymouth is useful for the Barbican and coach station.
