Make a day of it

Plan your Hampton & Richmond Borough away day

Hampton works best as a compact rail-and-village day. The shared Fan Zone is the simplest direct plan at normal games, while drivers should secure a lawful private or managed space before travelling.

01

Hampton station and village

Use the correct Hampton station, stop at a mapped check-first pub if suitable, then walk five to ten minutes to Beaver Close.

02

Shared Fan Zone

Go directly to Beveree and use the Main Fan Zone and Beaver Bar only while the live match notice confirms unsegregated access.

03

Pre-booked driver

Reserve a lawful Hampton driveway or managed space for the full event window and avoid relying on the small stadium car park.

A sensible 3pm plan

11:50 - arrive at Hampton station, the local bus stop or the parking space reserved for the full match window.

12:00-13:25 - eat in the village or use the shared Main Fan Zone if the live fixture information confirms visitor access.

13:30 - check segregation, use the entrance printed for the match and follow stewarding to the released area.

17:00 onwards - return to Hampton station or allow Beaver Close and the surrounding residential roads to clear.

Food and pubs

The shared Main Fan Zone and Beaver Bar are the clearest on-site options at normal unsegregated games. The World's End and Jolly Coopers are verified active but remain check-first because neither publishes a permanent away-colours policy; Hampton station and village form the recommended wider area.

Things to do

Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and the Thames are practical additions for an early arrival or overnight stay. They are not all on the direct station-to-ground route, so check opening times and leave a firm buffer for the short final journey to Beveree.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 8 October 2026.
