Getting there & parking

Craven Cottage is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Parking options

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

Fulham does not advertise general matchday parking at Craven Cottage. Residential controls and narrow streets make public transport the practical default, and the stadium postcode should not be treated as a parking destination.

Accessible parking or drop-off is limited and must be agreed in advance through the clubs. Official coaches and minibuses should use the current fixture instruction rather than choosing a local road.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in London. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Putney Bridge on the District line is the usual arrival, followed by a 10-15 minute walk through Bishops Park. Hammersmith is roughly a 20-25 minute walk and provides several Underground lines when the District line or Putney Bridge is crowded.

By bus or coach

Routes along Fulham Palace Road and Fulham Road serve the wider area, but no service removes the final walk through residential streets or Bishops Park. Check TfL for diversions and allow extra time on evening fixtures.

Driving

Craven Cottage sits beside the Thames inside a tightly controlled residential area. There is no general supporter car park and Stevenage Road becomes dominated by pedestrians, so drive only to a legitimate pre-booked space well outside the stadium approach.

Use SW6 6HH only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around Craven Cottage to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 3 October 2026.
