11:45 - arrive at Dagenham East or the private space booked for the full match window.

13:35 - walk to Victoria Road, allowing time for ticket and segregation checks at the SD Samuels Stand.
17:00 onwards - return to Dagenham East or let Victoria Road and Rainham Road South begin to clear before driving.

Valence House Museum and Eastbrookend Country Park suit a longer Dagenham visit when open. Central London and Romford offer broader attractions, but add substantial travel time and keep the District line or 103 return clear.
