Getting there & parking

Victory Park is an away-day destination where the final approach matters. Check the fixture information before travel because parking, segregation and coach arrangements can change.

Compare official and private matchday parking

Official matchday parking

Chorley's current official ground page says Victory Park's limited parking is reserved for players and officials. General supporters should use the town-centre car parks; the club says they are generally free after 1pm on Saturdays and after 5pm on Tuesdays, but every driver must still check the individual sign and current tariff.

Do not rely on older reports of ordinary stadium parking. Blue Badge or access needs should be discussed with the club before travel, and coaches should follow the match-specific instruction rather than circling residential streets.

Private matchday parking

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Chorley. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

Availability, prices and access arrangements can change by fixture. Always check the booking details before travelling.

By train

Chorley station is close to the bus station and roughly a ten-minute walk from Victory Park. This makes rail the simplest option, but check the return service because Preston, Manchester and Bolton connections can be thinner for evening or Sunday fixtures.

By bus or coach

Chorley bus station is also about ten minutes on foot from the ground. Local services converge on the town centre; for the final leg, walking is normally more predictable than waiting in traffic. Visiting coaches should use the drop-off or parking instructions supplied for the fixture.

Driving

The M61 at Junction 8 and the A6 provide the main approaches to Chorley. Continue towards the town centre rather than following the stadium postcode in search of public on-site parking, then use a legitimate council, event or reserved space and walk to Duke Street.

Use PR7 3DU only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around Victory Park to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.

Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 1 October 2026.
