Official matchday parking

Cardiff City's 2026/27 away guide lists secured Sector V parking in the away-supporter compound, reached from Sloper Road. It is first-come with no pre-booking and is currently £10 cash per vehicle; the compound remains accessible until 30 minutes before kick-off.

Away coaches and minibuses park free. Do not use the adjacent retail park: the club warns that enforcement operates there. Accessible bays are in Sector V and carry the same £10 charge.

JustPark lists reservable managed spaces and private driveways in Cardiff. Search around the stadium postcode, then check the real walking route, access window and cancellation terms before booking.

Private spaces are independent of the club; a very close driveway may still sit inside the post-match traffic queue.

By train

Cardiff Central is the main arrival and is about a 25-minute walk from the stadium. Ninian Park is closer on the local line, but service frequency and post-match capacity should be checked before relying on it; a taxi from the centre normally takes around 10 minutes outside peak congestion.

By bus or coach

Check the current local timetable for the final leg to Cardiff City Stadium. Away coaches and minibuses should follow the instructions issued by the visiting club and must not assume a public parking bay.

Driving

Leave the M4 at Junction 33 for the A4232, then follow signs via the B4267, Hadfield Road, Bessemer Road and Sloper Road. Away parking and coach access are from Clos Parc Morgannwg rather than the retail-park entrances.

Use CF11 8AZ only for the general area, then follow matchday signs and the entrance named in your parking instructions. Allow extra time for residential roads and pedestrian traffic.

After the match

Expect the roads immediately around Cardiff City Stadium to move slowly while pedestrians clear. Rail users should confirm the last practical connection; drivers may prefer to wait before joining the main route.
