Make a day of it
Wellington supplies the practical rail, pub and food base for the SEAH Stadium. A short town-centre stop and the 20-25 minute walk make a more reliable plan than searching for parking beside kick-off.
Use the station and town-centre check-first venues, then allow 20-25 minutes for the walk.
Go directly to the stadium and use the confirmed mixed-supporter bar if the fixture notice says it is open.
Follow the live parking entrance, or reserve a legitimate Wellington space and walk the final leg.
11:30 - arrive in Wellington and use Win's Bar or a correctly categorised town-centre venue.
13:15 - begin the walk or move to the car park named in the fixture instructions.
13:45 - identify the terrace or West Stand entrance and allow time for searches.
17:00 - walk back towards Wellington while the M54 and stadium car parks clear.
Win's Bar is mapped as the confirmed mixed-supporter option. The William Withering, Pheasant Inn and Cock Hotel are check-first, while the Frank Nagington concourse provides the post-turnstile fallback.
Wellington Market and the National Trust's Sunnycroft fit an early local arrival. Ironbridge Gorge is a worthwhile wider detour for an overnight trip, but it needs separate transport and enough time to return before kick-off.
These options keep the final matchday journey relatively short. Compare event-night prices, parking and cancellation terms before booking.
A central base is usually better for the station, food and the evening after the match.
Travel, parking, ticket allocations and stadium procedures can change by fixture. Check the latest information from both clubs and the relevant operator before travelling. Guide checked 30 September 2026.
